Purpose and information used

Merritt AI Headquarters is a private household automation application. With an account owner’s authorization, it accesses relevant Gmail message contents, attachments and metadata, email drafts, and Google Sheets contents and file information needed for configured workflows. These may include correspondence, invoices and payment records.

How information is used

Information is used to organize household records, reconcile payments, maintain spreadsheets and prepare correspondence for review. Google permissions may permit email sending; the current rental workflow is intended to prepare drafts for owner review.

Storage and access

Automation runs in the household’s self-hosted n8n installation. Connected Google services retain their original records. Workflow records and execution history may contain processed information. Authorized household administrators can access the installation and its records. This public information website does not display those records.

Sharing and Google data

Google account information is used only for the household workflows authorized by the account owner. It is not sold, used for advertising, or used to train general-purpose AI models. Any future connection to an external AI service that processes Google data must be reviewed and authorized before use, with this notice updated to reflect that processing.

Merritt AI Headquarters’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Retention and deletion

Records are retained while needed for household administration, recordkeeping, or applicable obligations. There is no automatic deletion period promised by this notice. An authorized account owner can request review or deletion of locally processed data by contacting the household administrators. Deleting local workflow data does not automatically delete original Gmail or Sheets records or copies in backups.

Your choices

You can revoke the application’s access in your Google Account connections. Revocation stops future authorized access but does not itself erase previously retained records.

Website and contact

These static pages contain no application login, forms, advertising or analytics scripts. The hosting provider may process ordinary request information to deliver and secure the website.
